Ajon Trust is a grassroots nonprofit organization working to strengthen poor, tribal, and marginalized communities by creating opportunities for quality education, women’s empowerment, sustainable livelihoods, and community development.
We believe that poverty is not only a lack of income, but also a lack of access to quality education, skills, resources, opportunities, and dignity. Our work focuses on addressing these challenges by supporting children with better educational opportunities, empowering women with skills and livelihood opportunities, and helping farmers access knowledge, resources, and market linkages.
Ajon Trust works closely with communities to develop local leadership, strengthen community participation, and create sustainable solutions that can continue beyond external support. Our approach is rooted in the belief that communities themselves have the potential to become self-reliant when they receive the right opportunities, knowledge, and support.
